If the trip is planned from Delhi, you can stop at Mansa Devi on the way. All these temples are dedicated to Goddess Durga in her Shakti form and hence also known as Shaktipeeth.

Temple 1- Naina Devi

Nestled on the hilltop of the Naina Devi mountain in Himachal Pradesh, this ancient temple is dedicated to Goddess Naina Devi and highly worshipped as one of the 51 Shakti Peethas. It is said that eyes of Sati fell here and make it as a revered Shaktipeeth. Pilgrims from all around visit to seek blessings, especially for strength and peace. You will get a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and valleys after reaching here.

Temple 2- Chintpurni Devi

This Devi Shaktipeeth is in the Una district of Himachal Pradesh and dedicated to Goddess Chintpurni, the remover of worries. The temple's unique aspect is that it doesn't have an idol; instead, it houses the feet of the goddess, symbolizing her divine presence. Pilgrims come here seeking relief from mental burdens and troubles. Locals call her Chintpurni Mata the one who takes your worries away and people come from all over, carrying their hopes, their problems, and often, a handwritten note with their wish scribbled on it.

Temple 3- Kangra Devi

Also known as Kangra Devi, the Brajeshwari Mata Temple is a well-known pilgrim place in Himachal and is most visited for its spiritual aura. The left breast of Goddess Sati fell at this place, making it a Shaktipeeth. Located adjacent to Kangra Fort in Nagarkot town, the temple is believed to have been built by the Pandavas. You can explore the intricate architecture of the temple and vibrant rituals, especially during Lohri and Navratri, when the temple glows with lamps and marigolds.

Temple 4- Jwala Devi

Jwala Devi Temple is not just another stop on a spiritual tour- it is a place filled with legends and eternal power mysteries. As per beliefs, the tongue of Goddess Sati fell when Lord Shiva was moving her body across the earth. But the story doesn’t end there. It is said that the clothes she was wearing also fell at this very spot, and mysteriously caught fire and never went out. You can see these eternal flames, or Jwala, burning naturally inside a small cave within the temple, without any visible fuel source. These are worshipped as the seven divine sisters or the nine Durga forms. This Devi Shaktipeeth is most famous temples in Himachal and is highly visited during Navratri and the winter season.

It is one of the most popular and revered temples in the region, drawing devotees from all corners.
